Meet Meridith Hirschaut

Meridith is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) who has experience working with children, teens, families, adults, and groups in outpatient community mental health and crisis counseling. She earned her B.S. in Accounting at California State University, Chico, and her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC).

BACKGROUND & PERSONAL INTERESTS

Meridith uses evidenced-based theoretical modalities including emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness. Meridith tailors each theoretical framework and approach to each client’s unique needs. 

Meridith loves barre, yoga, and trips to the mountains or the beach. She loves spending time outdoors with her family and their dog, Bubba.
